Sanjay Wadhwa

Sanjay Wadhwa is a longtime U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) enforcement executive known for senior leadership roles within the agency’s Division of Enforcement. He most recently served as Acting Director of the Division of Enforcement from October 2024 until his departure on January 31, 2025, after more than two decades of service.
