Marie-Anne Barbat-Layani is a senior French financial regulator serving as President (Chair) of the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF), the public authority responsible for overseeing and regulating France’s financial markets. In that role, she leads the AMF’s efforts to protect investors, ensure market integrity, and supervise actors across banking and capital markets activities.
