Nirvana is a dual-system crypto project that operates within the Solana network. It offers two types of tokens for users, the ANA token, an algorithmic metastable token, and the NIRV token, a super-stable value token. The project is designed to facilitate zero liquidation-risk loans, essentially allowing users to earn yield on their debt. The project accomplishes this by transferring the volatile, speculative energies of the ANA token and using it as a backing for the very stable NIRV token.

Concentrated Liquidity

The NIRV token helps concentrate the diverse reserve of stablecoins into a single token, effectively pooling fragmented liquidity into one place. This process includes Solana-native tokens and bridged assets, which results in increasing the overall stablecoin liquidity within the Solana network.

Intrinsic Value

Notably, Nirvana maintains an array of reserve assets which are used to back the value of the ANA token. This means that at any point in time, the ANA token has a guaranteed intrinsic value given by the reserves. Furthermore, the protocol is always ready to buy back ANA at its intrinsic value, therefore creating a hard floor price that the token cannot trade under.

Rising Floor

As the value of the surplus reserves grows, the protocol algorithmically increases the intrinsic value of the ANA token. The increase in value translates to a rise in the floor price, hence ANA holders enjoy permanent gains. Once the floor price increases, these profits are secured indefinitely.

Sustainable APY

Users are incentivized to stake their ANA tokens to earn periodic rewards. The protocol mints pre-ANA (prANA) tokens at regular intervals, based on the total supply of ANA. These prANA tokens are distributed to stakers in accordance with how much they have staked, leading to the creation of a compounding APY. This repetitive reward system encourages more staking and assists in maintaining a sustainable APY for stakers.
