MetaPocket $MPCKT

MetaPocket is an innovative crypto project that revolves around MetaBoards, the vibrant gaming ecosystem of the Pocket platform. This unique board game set on the Arbitrum network has revolutionized the concept of table-top gaming, integrating it with the technologically advanced world of blockchain. Powered by Chainlink VRF2 for complete randomization, the game offers distinct avenues for players to earn rewards in a fully on-chain model. The Pocket ecosystem also includes other interactive features such as exclusive NFTs, a built-in vault, and a rewards points system.

The Evolution of MetaBoards

Initially launched in 2021 under the name Memenopoly, the project has since undergone a rebranding process. By 2022, Memenopoly and Pocket merged with an intent to leverage their collective expertise of over 2 years in the industry. This led to the birth of MetaBoards and the creation of its universal token, MPCKT. Serving as the in-game currency, MPCKT is used across the whole MetaBoards and Pocket ecosystem.

Gameplay Elements and Rewards

MetaBoards provides six distinct boards for players to choose from, each with their own NFTs. In an attempt to provide an immersive gaming experience, the platform is also available in full VR mode. Apart from this, the platform presents a myriad of features like NFT Locking for rewards, a vault, a miner, and an NFT Store. The inclusion of LP farming and several other elements further adds to the diversity of opportunities available within the ecosystem.

Future Developments

Keeping up with the dynamic nature of blockchain technology, the MetaBoards ecosystem is slated to undergo several enhancements. The platform will soon integrate Squads, a football-based NFT game previously on Polygon. Moreover, Pocket is also in process of launching their Freelance for Crypto platform. This platform is aimed towards facilitating Web3 projects by offering a secure platform to find and review necessary services.
