MetaGameHub DAO, often abbreviated as MGH, is a progressive hub dedicated to the development and monetization of open metaverse experiences. Through its unique approach, it is effectively addressing some key challenges currently faced by the NFT and Metaverse space. This includes the development of a valuation algorithm for Metaverse LANDs, the creation of state-of-the-art metaverse experiences, an accessible dcl-editor for Decentraland, and a Chainlink Oracle for pushing valuation data on-chain.

Utility of MGH Token

The MGH token plays a crucial role within the DAO's ecosystem. It serves multiple purposes such as being a medium of exchange for services, facilitating staking linked to revenue-backed network rewards, and enabling participation in the governance of the MGH DAO.

MGH's Token Model

Deflationary Nature

MGH operates using a long-term revenue-backed burning and staking model. The deflationary nature of this model provides rewards to token holders and stakers. Whenever a user utilizes $MGH to pay for services and experiences, 40% is burned while the remaining 60% is distributed as staking rewards.

Usage of Other Accepted Currencies

In situations where payment is made using other accepted currencies, 30% of the payment is sent to the MGH treasury. The remaining portion is swapped for MGH tokens, an action that creates buying pressure. These newly swapped tokens are then burned and distributed as staking rewards.
