Lunyr, pronounced as Lunar, is a unique blockchain-based project aiming to establish a decentralized, peer-to-peer knowledge database. The project was co-founded by Arnold Pham, Andrew Tran, and Christopher Smith and is based on the Ethereum network.

The Lunyr Initial Coin Offering (ICO) concluded on the 26th of April 2017, generating approximately USD 0.3 million in capital. Subsequently, the open beta was launched on the 30th of January 2018.
