Despite a few intermittent rallies, SHIB's price has generally declined since its October 2021 peak. Shiba Inu's (SHIB) price has taken a hit since its high point in October 2021. Nevertheless, the dream of these coins hitting one cent remains prevalent among its users and fans.

From its inception in August 2020 to the all-time high in October 2021, the price of SHIB grew by several million percent. This indicates the project's potential to grow 100,000% in the future.

Token Supply and SHIB's Future

To achieve such massive growth, there needs to be a reduction in the token's supply. Ethereum$2,315 -2.42%'s co-founder, Vitalik Buterin, received half of SHIB's supply after its launch and proceeded to burn 90% of his tokens. This move significantly contributed to SHIB's price rally in 2021. For SHIB to experience a similar 100,000% rally, a comparable token burn would need to be enacted by the Shiba Inu (SHIB) team.
