Tesla Retains Full Bitcoin Portfolio in Q4 2023
Tesla, a global leader in automotive and clean energy, confirmed that no portion of their Bitcoin$42,260 -0.64% (BTC) holdings worth $435,000,000 was sold in the fourth quarter of 2023. The company's Q4 update clarified that no Bitcoin transactions took place during this period.
Bitcoin Reserve Status
Tesla revealed that its Bitcoin reserve remains untouched for the sixth consecutive quarter. Prior to the release of their income reports, it was verified that the corporation had a total of 9,720 BTC in its account. Notably, the value of Tesla's Bitcoin portfolio witnessed a marked reduction when compared to Q3 of 2023.
Performance in After-Hours Trading
Furthermore, Tesla's performance in after-hours trading has seen a decline since the onset of the year. Despite the drop in stock prices and the absence of Bitcoin transactions, the company reported 484,507 deliveries in Q4, and a total of more than 1.8 million deliveries within the entire year of 2023.

The total revenue reported for Tesla also saw a slight dip, with a decrease of $70 million. The company's total earnings amounted to $25.17 billion, falling short of the projected $25.87 billion.
