Santander Private Bank's Recent Crypto Moves
Just last week, news surfaced that Santander Private Bank has started trading in bitcoin (BTC) and ether (ETH). The services have been made live and are available to clients having accounts in Switzerland.
About Taurus
Based in Geneva, Taurus is noted for its specialization in custody technology for cryptocurrencies and other tokenized assets. Its impressive clientele includes Deutsche Bank, with whom they formed a partnership in September.
Taurus and Deutsche Bank Partnership
In February, Deutsche Bank invested in Taurus as part of a $65 million Series B funding round. This round saw participation from other notable entities such as Credit Suisse, Arab Bank Switzerland, and Pictet Group.
