The Netherlands is a part of the European Union (EU), a trading bloc that includes 27 nations. The EU recently introduced its comprehensive Markets in Crypto Asset legislation (MiCA) that allows for companies to apply for a single license in one EU nation and subsequently operate throughout the entire EU.
